This UI/UX case study documents the processes involved in a redesign of a website for the International Organization of Lace, a group devoted to the study of lace making. The scope of this project covered the redesign for the information hierarchy, the desktop design, and part of the mobile site. The assignment was completed in a group. This design took 1 month to complete and is submitted to Usability Engineering 555 course at the University of Illinois at Urbana Champaign.

The project included several steps, including user studies, a usability analysis, redesign/wireframes, and navigation and sitemap redesign. The entire study was published on Weebly.
